In this Bill (Reg. No.5119), the targets of crime, responsibility for which is envisaged by Clause 410 of the Criminal Code, are merged under the term "military property". In Part 1 of Clause 410 of the Criminal Code, the Bill envisages responsibility for theft, appropriation, misuse, extortion of military general supply, and recognizes criminal acts as to weapons, ammunition, explosive or other warfare agents, explosive devices, transportation means, military and special equipment as aggravation-aggregate term.
The Committee members uphold the Bill, as its adoption will enhance legal mechanism of counteraction against the acquisitive encroachment upon military property.
