The Bill (Reg. No5376) suggests amendments to the Law "On Agreements on Production Distribution", Taxation Code, Subsurface Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts aimed at the formation of the sufficient conditions for such agreements conclusion.
In the course of the discussion, A. Semynoha, the Chairman of the Committee, emphasizing that pursuant to the Bill, the state grants to the investors in the legal order the agreements, quotes and special permissions for the entrails of the depths of earth exploration and licensing for investigatory activity and mineral resources deposits exploration, acts on mining allotment granting and other licensing documents on depths of earth exploration.
