The Law enhances the procedure of creating territories and objects of the nature reserve fund and regulates fulfillment of nature protection measures since the date the institution and object of the Nature Reserve Fund is created. The Law also strengthens governmental control over the observance of requirements established for the functioning of territories and objects of the nature reserve fund.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2747.
