In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No5335) suggests the amendments to the part1 of the clause 69 of the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine, defining in the item 1 that advocates and other specialists in the law sphere, notaries, doctors, psychologists ca not be examined as a witnesses concerning the facts that became known for them in the course of their professional activity.
The Committee Members upheld the Bill as its adoption according to them facilitates the citizens rights protection and elimination of the drawbacks in this sphere.
