The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendment to the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine (regarding the Right of the Witness for the Lawyer)

The Bill (Reg. No4328) suggests the right for the witness to have a lawyer in the course of the criminal proceedings with his/her participation. The amendments are supposed to be introduced to the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine.
