The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to the Clause 219 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine" (regarding the Scrutiny Term of the Appeal on Errata and Arithmetic Mistakes Correction in the Juridical Acts)

The Bill (Reg. No1090) suggests addition of the clause 219 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine by the norm, pursuant to which the appeal on errata and arithmetic mistakes correction in the juridical acts is supposed to be scrutinized in 10 days term.
