Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Preparation for the Distortion of Public Will or Total Disruption of Elections shall be suspended
"The decision to convoke the extraordinary session of the Parliament made by the Party of Regions faction was caused by the situation when the biggest law enforcing body of the county was transformed into weapon in the hands of the criminals that are willing to break free voting in the country", - Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared in the course if the presenting the Resolution Draft "On Dismissal of Yu.V.Lutsenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".
According to his words, "the country became witness of the illegality escalation in the state and it was a challenge for the whole society." "Now it is not only the Ukrainian legislation neglect on the part of the government, lack of the Budget for the current year, non-fulfillment of the law on the minimal wages and social standards etc", - O. Lavrynovych emphasized.
"We can not stand the attempt upon the Ukrainian state life, attempt to conquer the Ukrainian citizens lest they are able to vote for the state leaders they really want to see", - O. Lavrynovych proclaimed.
"When we noticed such steps as producing of the second stamp of the Supreme Administrative Court that is supposed to scrutinize the election cases, brutal seizure of the enterprise producing ballots, we perfectly comprehended that we are obliged to stop it", - O. Lavrynovych explained.
