Pursuant to the Law, the citizens of Ukraine can serve voluntary military obligations in the military reserve either of Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations. Moreover, the order of selection and entry of the military duty in the reserve, terms, condition and order of its conduction as well as the grounds and order of the retirement are adopted by the President of Ukraine and other normative-legal acts.
The order of the medical examination is adopted by the ministry of Defence of Ukraine and centralized executive power bodies. The register of the military specialties are adopted by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
