The legislative act supplements the effective Law with the regulation, pursuant to which, the citizens-residents who temporarily and legitimately reside abroad, provided it is a result of studies, fulfillment of official duties or contractual liabilities, or marriage with a foreign citizen, and are on a temporary consular registration list in the foreign diplomatic representations of Ukraine, are authorized to import transport vehicles belonging to the commodity items 8701, 8702, 8703, 8704, 8705 of the Ukrainian Classification of Commodities of Foreign Economic Activity for the period up to 60 days without payment of import duty and other relevant taxes (duties).
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4166.
