The Law introduces an extra title "Honored Ukrainian Tourism Worker ". The Law was elaborated in compliance with the decree of the President of Ukraine. The Bill aims at implementation of State policy in the field of tourism and health resort sector, and enhancement of social importance of the said work. Moreover, introduced amendments will encourage the workers to promote the development of the said sector.
The Law comes into force from 1 January 2011.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2411.
