According
to the recommendations, it is necessary to provide legislative and normative
regulation of the structure of higher artistic education, organization of
educational process at the higher artistic education establishments, criteria
of correspondence of personnel provision of artistic specialties to license and
accreditation requirements.
The document amends the Licensing Terms for Higher Education Services. It gives the status of doctors of science and professors to the educational research workers with the following titles of honour: "People´s Artist of Ukraine", "People´s Painter of Ukraine", "People´s Architect of Ukraine", "Honoured Art Professional of Ukraine", and the status of candidates of science and associate professors to the educational research workers with the titles of "Honoured Artist of Ukraine", "Honoured Painter of Ukraine", "Honoured Architect of Ukraine", "Honoured Cultural Professional of Ukraine".
The recommendations envisage development of common approaches to the establishment of branch standards, etc.
