Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada
of Ukraine, has voted with His Family his wife, children and parents, in the
course of the election of the President of Ukraine
In the course of the conversation with the journalists after the voting was complete on the election precinct №1 (election constituency № 219), he wished Ukrainian people wisdom and "responsible choice" lest "it is shame.
V. Lytvyn emphasized that "the elections it is always the desire to alter something, it means changes that are supposed to improve certain things in the society, it is an improvement of human being and morality." He also expressed stated that the goals and means of the result achievement in the course of elections are not supposed to transcend the limits of decency as the next point will the ruin of the state. "We do not need to be in ruin after the election", - the Head of the Parliament proclaimed.
At the same time, V. Lytvyn briefed that "life after the election is not finished yet", moreover, it is continued on the qualitative new level. According to him, "politicians never lose but the most important is the fact that the people should not be deceived."
V. Lytvyn also announced that during the next week the plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would be held under his chairmanship despite all the possible variants of the voting results.
V. Lytvyn has an intention to spend this day with his parents and make a small excursion for them to the buildings of the Verkhovna Rada. "I suppose it will not be a law infringement as during the whole term of my chairmanship they have never visited the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", - V. Lytvyn declared.
