The Bill (Reg.№4441) suggests new revision of the article 8 of the Law "On Police", envisaging the constituent acts and rules of the international police organizations with the Ukrainian membership, among the grounds for the international cooperation conduction.
It also suggests adding the article 10 of the Law "On Police" by the item 31, pursuant to which, the police is obliged to execute in the framework of its authority the appeals of the law enforcement structures of other states or international police organizations with the Ukrainian membership.
Moreover, the amendments are supposed to be introduced to the article 11that vesting the police the right to detain and arrest the foreigners and people without citizenship that are wanted by the law enforcements agencies of the other states.
