During the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5328) is aimed at the improvement of the state property use in the course of the agreements on common operations conclusion.
In particular it suggests amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine according to which, state property objects of nationwide importance are not subjected to privatization and are not subjected to be implemented to the common operations.
Pursuant to the Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine it is supposed to be implemented that the public ownership that is transmitted to the common operations does not change form of ownership.
The Bill as well envisages the additions to the Law "On State Property Objects Management" concerning the vesting the Cabinet of Ministers with the authority to adopt the orders of the agreements on common operations conclusion and typical agreement on common operations for the public sector of the economy market participants.
