The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Article 25 of the Law "On Leave of Absence" (re the Guaranteed Leave for one of the Parents in the course of the Quarantine Period)

The Bill (Reg.№5332) submitted by O. Zarubinsky, the People´s Deputy, envisages the compulsory lave without pay for one of the parents that have a child under 7 years for the quarantine period.

In the course of the bill discussion the author declared that such amendments gave the parents opportunity to take care for their children in the course of the quarantine period.
