The Bill (Reg.№5145) envisages the amendments to the Laws "On Lease of the State and Municipal Property" and "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" aimed at the implementation of the common approach to the payment accounting for the state and municipal property lease.
In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill is aimed at the facilitation of small enterprise and formation of the common approach by the bodies, authorized by the Verkhovna Rada of Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and local self-government bodies regarding the lease payment calculation in the course of the lease transference of the objects that are in property of Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and such that belong to the municipal property
The document envisages that the lease payment calculation methodology is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
