Mykola Tomenko: In the Fight between V. Yushchenko - President of Ukraine and V. Yushchenko - Candidate for the Presidential Office, the Destiny of Next IMF Tranche shall be defined
"Within the triangle the Government-the National Bank-the President" should be one more figure the President - to solve the issue regarding the next IMF tranche, M. Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of Ukraine, declared in the course of the working visit to Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky.
The Vice-Chairman is convinced that for Ukraine to receive the next tranche, the Government shall provide the high level of the agreements with the International Monetary Fund.
According to M. Tomenko, the principal demand of IMF is the common stand of the President, the Government and the National Bank of Ukraine. "Unfortunately, there are only two angles in this triangle, one more missing is the President of Ukraine", - he announced. According to M. Tomenko, it may be explained by the fact that "Yushchenko-the President is concerned that Ukraine receives funds, but Yushchenko-the candidate for presidency - is not, as it is a great opportunity to demonstrate the Government´s incapability." "In the fight between V. Yushchenko-President of Ukraine, and V. Yushchenko-Candidate for the Presidential Office, the destiny of the next IMF Tranche shall be defined", - M. Tomenko emphasized.
