The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine 2009" (re the Consumed Electrical Energy Debt Extinction by Mine Enterprises)

The Bill (Reg.№5395) envisages the provision of the mines, on which the measures on liquidation preparation are spread, settlements sources for the current consuming and electricity energy debt extinction. (3 group mines).
