The Agreement envisages a number of measures and procedures to be realized at the international and national levels to protect the technologies developed during the space-rocket hardware construction and use.
In particular, "the Agreement is concluded to establish cooperation in the protection of technologies during the implementation of joint programs and projects in the field of peaceful exploration and use of outer space, and space-rocket hardware construction and use".
The Agreement fixes the customs clearance procedure for protected goods and technologies, settlement of disputes, solution of problems in case of emergency situations, etc.
A relevant Bill was registered under №0150.
