During
the meeting of the Committee,
it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No.5148) envisaged that accreditation
of the representatives, branches and other
subdivisions of the foreign legal entities shall be effected with the entry of relevant information about the subdivisions into the Single State
Register of Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs.
The Bill contains principles, pursuant to which accreditation of foreign legal entities shall be effected at the territory of Ukraine. It determines the registration charge and payment for the Single State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Person-Entrepreneurs entry etc.
During the sitting of the Committee it was declared that for the implementation of the legislative imitative, the Bill introduces amendments to the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine and the Laws "On Banks and Banking", "On Foreign Economic Activity", "On Enterprises Income Taxation", "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Market", "On Public Associations", "On State Statistics", "On Accounting and Financial Statements in Ukraine", "On Amendments to the Law "On Insurance."
