Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine hopes that the President of Ukraine would sign the Law on Funds Allocation regarding Influenza Epidemic Prevention.
Giving answers on the journalists question during the pres-conference in Lutsk on Tuesday, V. Lytvyn declared that the adopted Law "On Amendments to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" (re the influenza epidemic prevention) "is not the political one."
"It is positive that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reached an agreement and adopted this law", the head of the Parliament declared expressing the thought that state budget subventions enables the local bodies to solve the problems appeared "because assistance, declared by the state appeared to be simply the words."
According to V. Lytvyn, next step should be necessary supervision for the funds purpose implementation.
