The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the Conflicts of Laws Relating to the Form of Testamentary Dispositions"

The Convention concluded on 5 October 1961 in the framework of the Gauge Conference on International Private Law envisages the principal norms of the testamentary dispositions to be concluded in the states with different legal systems. According to the document, any country that had not been represented at the Gauge conference has the right to access to it after its coming into force.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0145.
