In particular, it is envisaged that "the income to the State Budget of Ukraine 2009 should comprise UAH 245.532.356,4 thousand according the appendix №1 to this law."
The State Budget 2009 expenses are to be adopted at the rate UAH 273.994.684,5.
Pursuant to the clause 45 of the article 6 of the effective law, the expenditures shall be covered by the excess of budgeted receipts over budgeted expenses of the National Bank that shall be partially entered to the General Fund of the State Budget of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No. 5383.
