The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine 2009" (re the Finance Stabilization of Coal-Mining Industry Enterprises)

The Bill (Reg.№5394) envisages the formation of the extra settlements source of energy generating thermal power plant for the coal production of the state coal-mining enterprises in order to provide in time salary payment for the miners.
