The People´s Deputies took into the consideration the preliminary report of the Temporary Inquiry Panel and resolved to direct it to the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's General Office of Ukraine and the State Committee on Land Resources for the relevant scrutiny and response.
According to the Resolution, the Prosecutor's General Office of Ukraine is supposed to legally evaluate the actions of the high-ranking authorities of Kyiv State Administrations of Kyiv Region in the course of Allocation and Registration of Land Plots, abuse of authority and formation of false obstacles to the Temporary Inquiry Panel work etc.
The Cabinet of Ministers is supposed to provide immediate scrutiny of the issue regarding submission to the President the question on dismissal of following officials: Pavlo Hlavati, Mykola Didenko and Oleksy Darmohrai.
