The Agreement offers a new version of Clause 14 of the Trade Agreement concerning foundation of the Inter-Governmental Ukrainian-Korean Commission in charge of trade and economic cooperation. It defines its main objectives and principles of activity.
Pursuant to the act, the Commission shall convene annually in Ukraine and in the Republic of Korea in turns.
The Commission shall facilitate settlement of problematic issues between the Contractual Parties regarding implementation and interpretation of the Agreement and other international agreements on trade and economic cooperation signed by the Contractual Parties.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0135.
