The Bill (Reg.№5362) envisages
implementation of the norm, according to which on the transport means that are
imported to the territory of Ukraine during the emigration of the citizens for
the constant living or as an inheritance beyond the borders of Ukraine, the
norm is not spread according to which import of the transport vehicles on the
territory of Ukraine are supposed to correspond to the norms of the not less
then "EURO-2."
During the sitting of the committee it was declared that the necessity of the Bill adoption is grounded by the compulsory liberalization conditions of transport vehicles, obtained as an inheritance, import on the territory of Ukraine.
