Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the occupational holiday.
An effective activity of the judicial system is a determining factor of our country development on the way of public society formation, development of Ukraine as the democratic and legal state.
From the moment of the Declaration on the State Sovereignty of Ukraine proclaiming the new stage of development of the judicial system commenced, in the course of which the Parliament together with the judicial cooperation made everything possible to recognize the judicative authority as a separate constituent of the state power. It was the time of the effective and dynamic formation of Ukrainian judicative authority.
Complicated challenges of the present tomes more then ever actualize the issue of the compulsory law obedience, entrust you with the special liability for the state future and the judges authority strengthening as well as the public trust. It is extremely important when the Judge is aware of his oath to be devoted to ideals of the Good, Law and Justice.
I would like to assure that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would facilitate the legislative provision of the judicial system, fair and effective justice, strengthening of the real judges´ independence, qualitative formation of the professional judges team.
Wish all the judges, judicial apparatus personnel and the State Court Administration strong health, happiness and new professional achievements in your noble work.
