The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill on the Supplements to the Law "On the Principles of Social Security of the Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine" (re Free Parking) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№4607) envisages the addition of the effective Law with the norm according to which, the owners of the parking places are obliged to allot specially equipped places for the vehicles of special purpose for the people with disabilities (at the rate 10% from the total quantity but not less then 1 place).
