The Bill (Reg.№4784) envisages additions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the article, pursuant to which the punishment is presupposed for the sell of alcohol low-alcohol drinks and beer to the persons under 18 years.
It also envisages considerable penalty increase for the sell of alcohol low-alcohol drinks and beer to the persons under 21 years and tobacco goods for the persons under 18 years.
Moreover, according to the Bill, alcohol low-alcohol drinks, beer and tobacco goods sellers are obliged to check documents to sell indicated goods.
