Legislative act is elaborated aiming at the conciliation of the effective legislation norms regarding the scientific-technical and economic activity, legislative improvement and facilitation of the pension provision of scientific workers, formation of equal conditions for the pensions payment for the scientific personnel irrespective of the year of pension leave and form of the educational establishments property forms.
In particular the bill envisages the adjunction of the doctoral candidacy studying to the scientific work experience.
The Law comes into force from 1 January 2011.
