the meeting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№2515) envisages
a number of measures concerning governmental support of aircraft construction
for the period of 1 July 2008 31 December 2012. Thus, advance repayments and
prepayments subject to the contracts of aircraft construction enterprises (in
accordance with Clause 2 of the Law "On Governmental Support of Aircraft
Construction in Ukraine) received from the customers, as well as the loans
obtained by the enterprises to finance construction of aircraft equipment as
per contracts, shall be placed on the separate accounts of these enterprises.
S. Teriokhin emphasized that the register of aircraft industry enterprises that are to be temporary supported by the state is compiled by the Ministry on Industrial Policy and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Relevant amendments are introduced to the Laws "On the State Assistance of Aircraft Construction Industry in Ukraine", "On Single Custom Tariff", "On Land Payment", "On Value-Added Tax", "On Enterprise Income Taxation", "On Accounting in Foreign Currency."
S. Teriokhin also emphasized that the Bill adoption enables national aircraft construction enterprises increase annual production. And quantity of working places. It also facilitates increase of the state budget income and value-added tax payments.
