The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" (re Financial Support of Justice)

The Bill (Reg. No. 5238) increases expenditures for the State Court Administration of Ukraine, chief administrator of budget funds, by UAH 124,3 million to provide proper conditions for administering the law and repay accounts payable for 2008. Internal loans shall cover extra budget expenditures.The issue concerning proper funding of procedural activity of administrative courts and adoption of unbiased court resolutions has become crucial, as the election process has been launched.
