"There is no coalition judicially and in fact! Hence it is not possible to destroy it. Resignation of the government is sure to take place and probably there would be new Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine elected", - Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared in the exclusive interview for the Russian periodical "Politcom.ru." At the same time the politician had not denied the formation of the coalition in the acting Parliament.

 

According to the First Vice-Chairman, "When Viktor Yanukovych becomes the President of Ukraine he will possess authority to dissolve the Parliament without effective coalition."

 

O. Lavrynovych emphasized that "the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine without effective acting majority is able neither to form nor to control the Government. This situation is dangerous for the state."

 

Briefing on the possible resignation of the Parliament, the First Vice-Chairman declared that the Party of Regions had no intention to scrutinize this issue. The politician explained that the Party of Regions initiated the issue on signature collection to resign the Government but it was done in order to execute the adopted Law on minimal living rate and social standards increase.

 

Giving the answers on the journalists questions why Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc parliamentary faction is trying to dismiss him from chairmanship in the session hall, O. Lavrynovych declared; "They have been trying to manage this for the fourth time already as it is unacceptable for them when in the Parliament all the necessary procedures are obliged and when it is independent from the one party wishes and Prime-Minister´s election campaign."
