During the sitting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5103) is drafted aiming at the adaptation of the Ukrainian legislation to the EU system of Laws regarding the guarantees of energy sources and adjusting of the licensing system to the Law "On Licensing System in the Sphere of Economic Activity."
The alternative amendments are introduced to the Laws "On Environmental protection", "On Energy Saving", "On Electric Power", "On Alternative Power Sources" and "On Heat Supply."
According to the Bill "guarantee of the electric power source is the proved by the specially authorized central body document, allotted to the subjects of market participants purchasing electric power that testifies the electricity production from the reducing energy sources."
The People´s Deputies emphasized that the electricity power produced from he reducing energy source can be sold according to the "green tariff" due to the direct treaties with the consumers.
Pursuant to the Bill it is supposed tot be implemented that the reducing energy sources are wind, solar, geothermal energy, energy of waves and flows, hydro energy, biomass energy and gas received from the organic wastes and waste-recycling stations, biogas.
The Members so the Committee deem that the adoption of the Bill facilitate the development of the reducing energy sources sphere, simplification of the licensing system in the sphere, increase if the energy safety etc.
