Mykola Tomenko, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is not supposed to let the Formation of New Tender Board in the Sphere of State Purchase
Giving comments regarding the scrutiny of the Bill regarding the goods, services and works purchase at the expense of the state funds, Mykola Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared that the Parliament is not supposed to let the formation of the new tender board of the state purchase.
M. Tomenko emphasized that the new revision of the Law is more democratic and civilized then the previous one as it had taken into the consideration the governmental and expert proposition.
At the same time M. Tomenko announced that the revision contains certain number of remarks and motions introduced by the Party of Regions that contradict with the effective anti corruption model of the state management in the sphere of the state purchase.
M. Tomenko reminded that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine committee on economic policy is leaded by the Communist Party of Ukraine member, Oleksandr Tkachenko, and on banking activity matters Mykola Azarov, the Party of Regions member.
