Mishchenko dwelled upon the importance of studying international experience of
the development of legal systems of EU countries and the USA, using the best
samples of legislative acts in legal practice, and observing the principle of
law supremacy. The People´s Deputy deems necessary to take into account
national peculiarities of the development of Ukrainian legislation while making
an international assessment of the Bills.
The Parties discussed the areas of cooperation between the Judicial Policy
Committee and the International Bar Association. The International Bar
Association is a professional organization of lawyers with a broad experience
in the development of conceptual approaches to the legislative support of legal
activities.
For
reference: the International Bar ssociation is one of the largest public
associations in the world that includes individual and collective
members from more than 145 countries. It unites almost 195 national bar
associations from all over the world.
