The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine forwarded the Bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010 (Reg. No. 5000) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the subject of legislative initiative for further drafting. The Bill shall be harmonized with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Budget Code, the Law No.1646-VI "On the Rate of Living Wage and Minimum Wage", and other Laws of Ukraine.
The Budget Committee shall forward the summarized proposals of the People´s Deputies, Deputy Factions and Committees to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within two days.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall immediately re-draft the Bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010 within two weeks and bring it before Parliament.
The Resolution comes into the day it is adopted.
