The Bill (Reg. No. 5217) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, sets the requirements for the state control (supervision) in the sphere of housing and communal services and determines the order of activity of the bodies authorized to implement the state control (supervision) in the sphere of housing and communal services.

The Committee members expressed a number of remarks regarding the Bill that shall be taken into the consideration while elaborating the Bill for the second reading.
