"Ukrainian parliament members share the grief of the Chinese people who have suffered casualties at the coal-mine in the north-eastern province of Heilongjiang", - the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
