The Law establishes a permanent rate of aid for a child since 1 January 2011 (instead of an annual rate as currently envisaged).
Pursuant to the Law, "the rate of aid by a child´s birth shall equal the rate of a living wage for children under six fixed on the date of child´s birth".
The Law comes into force on 1 January 2011.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.1043-2.
