The Next President of Ukraine shall establish an Effective Dialogue among the Authorities, as well as between the Authorities and the Public, - V.Lytvyn
Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made the above-mentioned statement during his working visit to Vinnytsia region.
"It is the people who shall elect the one to commit oneself to reconciliation and responsible realization of one´s obligations, - V.Lytvyn stated. The people shall act as arbitrators during the elections".
According to the Head of the Parliament, "a publicly elected person shall not only become a leader, but also establish an effective dialogue among the authorities and between the authorities and the public".
