At the plenary meetings on 17 November 2009, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine scrutinized 23 issues of the agenda.
In the result of the scrutiny
- 8 Laws and 1 Resolution were adopted;
- 1 Bill was adopted as a basis;
- 1 Bill was forwarded to the Committee for further drafting to the repeated Second Reading;
- 1 Bill was adopted at the Second Reading and forwarded for the Third Reading;
- 1 Bill was rejected.
In the result of the scrutiny of the President´s motions:
- the President´s veto on 2 Laws was overridden;
- 7 Laws were rejected (veto not overridden).
