Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will appeal to the Participants of the Conciliative Council with a Request that the First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine presides over the Plenary Meetings
V. Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement during the working visit to Brovary town on Friday.
V.Lytvyn is unwilling to preside over the Parliament´s meetings not to be charged for abusing the parliamentary lectern for political propaganda. "Being involved in the election campaign, I can not always demonstrate distance from the events at the session hall, therefore, I do not want to give reasons for different accusations", - stressed the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He believes that work of The Verkhovna Rada is presently well-organized, the Parliament functioning.
