The Law regulates social relations connected with the elaboration of normative-legal acts, their adoption, coming into force, State registration and recording. It also determines the system, types, hierarchy of normative-legal acts, setting single requirements for the law-elaborating procedure for all the law-making subjects.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.1343-1.
