The Bill (Reg. №5178) envisages the addition of the Criminal Code with the article 321-1 and Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violations by the article 44-2 regarding the implementation of the liability for the infringement of the order of combined medicines circulation.
According to the People´s Deputies, the suggested Bill is supposed to solve the problems of criminal and administrative liability for mentioned above infringements.
During the sitting it was declared that the Ministry on Health Protection suggests change of the term "combined medicines" into "narcotic (psychotropic) combined medicines available only with a doctor's prescription" during the Bill´s elaboration for the second reading. It is also necessary to envisage during the elaboration of the bill the violation for the infringement of the produce rules, purchase, storage, sell, register, transportation, sending only of those combined medicines, containing narcotic psychotropic substances or precursors.
