The Law simplifies the procedure under which the individuals and legal entities shall acquire the property right and right of use for land plots in public and municipal ownership. The Law also extends the rights of the land owners and land users as regards land use.
Thus, the Law envisages that "land owner or land user shall determine the ways of using a land plot of a certain category of land (expect of the agricultural and defense lands) in accordance with the legislative requirements to the use of this category of land, and taking into account the documents on urban development and land management".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4430.
