Mykola Tomenko: From 1 January 2010 the Alcohol and Tobacco Advertisement would be forbidden in Print Mass Media
Mykola Tomenko declared it opening the round table discussion "Implementation of the Regulations of the Law "On Advertising" regarding Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Goods Advertising in all the Printed Mass Media, expect of Specialized Editions, since 1 January 2010"
M. Tomenko called participants of the discussion pay special attention to the defining of the term "specialized edition."
The Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has pointed out the attention on the fact that neither in Law "On Advertisement" nor in other laws there is no clear definition of the term "specialized edition." Consequently he addressed the profile parliamentary committees together with the specialists and experts in order they elucidate this issue.
