The Bill (Reg.№5263-2) contains number of amendments to the Law "On Elections of the President of Ukraine", Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings regarding the election process. In particular, the Bill states that the citizens of Ukraine that due to the legal reasons are above the state borders of Ukraine are allotted with the right to participate in the voting. That is the norm is annulled according to which the obligatory condition is consular registration as a premise for the right to vote.
