The Bill (Reg.№5239) envisages the defining of the legal basis of the cooperation between the state and private partners on contract basis through more effective use of the state property, involvement of investments in Ukrainian economics, modernization of industrial and social infrastructure and increase of the goods, services and works services.
In particular, it determined regulation of the relations on preparation, use and cessation of the contracts that are concluded within the framework of the state-private partnership, implementation of the legal interests and rights protection guarantees of the parties.
Pursuant to the bill, state-private partnership is to be implemented regarding the regulations of relations during the projects realization in such spheres: search and exploration of mineral resources; heat produce and supply, gas exploration and supply etc.
